Carroll County Fair

Please note that all contestants, parents, etc., must pay gate admission. Older divisions will be required to show proof of purchase of gate admission upon entrance to the dressing room. Any guests with the contestant must produce this proof as well. If you cannot produce this proof, you will be sent back to the gate to pay. If you choose not to show proof of purchase or go pay when asked, you/your contestant will forfeit the competition. Additionally, there are no refunds; this includes weather refunds or returns. The payment is final. Entering the pageant and the fairgrounds is accepting the pageant rules and regulations.

Wednesday June 5th

7 PM Entry Fee $60 entry-pay and enter as a couple

MUST ENTER AS A COUPLE

• Contestants must be 5 years of age on June 30, and cannot be 8 on June 30, 2024. 

• The contestant must be present and ready to go onstage by 6:45 pm, otherwise, you forfeit your entry. 

• THE ONLY OUTFIT is jean shorts with a solid color top. You may accessorize how you wish. You must come dressed and ready for the pageant. The dressing room will not be available. Please make sure your child looks age-appropriate. No cut-outs or extreme makeup/hair.

• There will be an onstage interview. Your child SHOULD NOT memorize any answers, they must be natural answers. 

• There are NO TURNS or "over-the-top" stage walking will be permitted. Only stops at the designated spots and waving is permitted. (This follows the State guidelines.).

• The deadline to enter the pageant is May 31st, at 5:30 pm.  All entry fees ($60) online payment and Contestant Data Sheets, must be received on or before the deadline.  A late fee of $100 will be applied if not paid by the deadline.  No refunds. No exceptions.

• All entry fees and Contestant Data Sheets must be received on or before the deadline.

• The entry fee does not include gate admission.
