Carroll County Fair

Please note that all contestants, parents, etc., must pay gate admission. Older divisions will be required to show proof of purchase of gate admission upon entrance to the dressing room. Any guests with the contestant must produce this proof as well. If you cannot produce this proof, you will be sent back to the gate to pay. If you choose not to show proof of purchase or go pay when asked, you/your contestant will forfeit the competition. Additionally, there are no refunds; this includes weather refunds or returns. The payment is final. Entering the pageant and the fairgrounds is accepting the pageant rules and regulations.

Mrs./ Ms,  Carroll County Fair

Saturday June 8th. 

8 pm, Entry Fee $60

• Contestants must be 22 and up, Married or Unmarried, with or without Children 

• Interview-There will be a 5-minute interview.  Contestants will wear an interview outfit of your choice. Interview begins at 6pm. If you are not there at that time (without prior approval for being late) you forfeit your entry.

• Opening number- will introduce yourself in interview attire. (Name, age, and contestant number only)

• Evening Gown must be long to the floor.

• There will be a trailer to change in the night of the pageant.  Each contestant will be assigned a room.  Please make sure that you have only 1 person with you in the dressing room. 

• The deadline to enter the pageant is May 31st, at 5:00 pm.  All entry fees ($60), Contestant Data Sheets, and a photo must be received on or before the deadline.  A late fee of $100 will be applied if not paid by the deadline.  No refunds. No exceptions.

• The entry fee does not include gate admission into the fair.

• We will crown a Ms. and a Mrs. Carroll County. These titles will qualify for Kentucky State Festivals in November (are eligible to compete at other county fairs in 2024). We will also crown a Ms/Mrs Carroll County Fair that will represent us at the Ms and Mrs Kentucky County Fair state pageant in January (this will be the highest overall score of the 2 divisions and by winning they will not be eligible to compete in other county fairs in 2024)
